We’ve worked with Drapers for many years and have increased their workload in the last couple of years. The service has been very good, and they deal very well with our ageing equipment and make sure everything is up to standard, and most importantly safe to use.
We would always recommend them.

Thank you for the quick service and support today.
I would also like to pass on my thanks to Craig. He delivered an excellent service, was very professional in his work, and resolved the issues with our pallet trucks efficiently.
Please pass on my appreciation to Craig and the team.
We look forward to working with Drapers Material Handling again in the future

I would just like to say a very big thank you for the service you provided. It honestly felt like you dropped everything to service the pump trucks and replace the wheels in the bakery department.
The day after you serviced the pump trucks I had to double take the truck as I honestly thought it was a brand new truck.
The bakery racks service was fantastic. You, yourself came out and ran through with me what was needed. You sent me the quote and a few days later your installer was on site. He knew exactly what was needed and where to go. We were very lucky when your installer came out as we needed some other repairs which were completed very quickly.
Many thanks again Drapers Material Handling Ltd - Fantastic job and I certainly will be utilising your services in the future.

Just wanted to give some feedback on how impressed we were with your engineer compared to previous experiences with other companies. He was professional, informative and very thorough in his work. The feedback I have had from the team has been very positive.
We look forward to using your services again
